Senior engineers for AI-built products

Enhance your team with software experts capable of realising your vision.

Forward-deployed engineers who embed with your team to clean up, harden, and scale what you've built — fast.

Built with Cursor, Lovable, Replit, v0 or Bolt? That's exactly what we work on.

Sound familiar?

What we find in almost every AI-built codebase.

None of this means you did anything wrong — the tools optimise for "working demo," not "production system." If two or more ring true, an audit will pay for itself.

SCL-01

Can't survive a traffic spike

The launch moment you've worked toward is exactly when the app falls over.

OPS-01

No CI/CD pipeline

Shipping means copying files and hoping. No safe, repeatable way to release or roll back.

ARC-01

Tightly coupled AI code

Everything depends on everything — each small feature means touching half the app.

Every finding in your audit comes with a plain-English explanation, a risk ranking, and a fix — most critical issues get resolved during the engagement itself.

Who this is for

Is this you?

This is you if
  • You have a live product with real users — built with Cursor, Lovable, Replit, v0, or Bolt.
  • You need a senior engineer, not a junior you have to train from scratch.
  • You want them inside your Slack, your repo, your sprints — not a black box.
  • You've tried a freelancer or agency before, and it didn't go well.
Not the right fit if
  • You want to hand over a brief and stay completely hands-off.
  • You need a single one-off task with no ongoing relationship.
  • You want us to own your product roadmap end-to-end.

Most teams we work best with are pre-seed to Series A. If any of the above is off, we'll tell you on the first call — for free, and before any money changes hands.

Two ways in, one team

Start with a fix. Stay for the build.

Most clients meet us through the audit, then keep us on to build what's next — and if you haven't built anything yet, we'll start from the first commit. Same engineers, same standards; the scope grows only when you want it to.

Forward-Deployed Engineering

EmbeddedOngoingSenior only

A dedicated senior engineer — or a small pod — joins your team and keeps building the product properly: your roadmap, your tools, our engineering discipline.

  • Works inside your Slack, your repo, your sprints
  • Ships features while raising the quality bar
  • Scales up or down month to month

New Product Build

Fixed-scope MVPProduction-ready from day one

Nothing built yet — or ready to rebuild properly rather than patch? We design and build your product from the first commit: AI-accelerated speed, senior-engineer discipline, and no cleanup phase later, because there's nothing to clean up.

  • Scope defined together in week one — you approve it before we write code
  • A working product in weeks, with tests, security and CI/CD built in from the start
  • The same team can stay embedded to grow it after launch
  • You own everything: the repo, the IP, the documentation

What "forward-deployed" means

Engineers inside your team, not consultants outside it.

No handoffs, no account managers, no weekly status decks. Our engineers work where your work happens — as if you'd hired them yourself.

You talk directly to the person writing the code, so decisions get made in hours, not meeting cycles.

  • 01Your toolsYour Slack, your GitHub, your Linear or Jira, your standups — we join your process, not the other way round.
  • 02Direct lineYou brief the senior engineer doing the work, never an account manager.
  • 03No ramp-up taxThe engineers who audited your code are the ones who embed — nothing needs re-explaining.
  • 04Knowledge staysEverything is documented in your systems, so it's yours when the engagement ends.

Metrics are taken from client dashboards and engagement reports at the end of each project. Individual results depend on where a codebase starts — the audit will tell you exactly that.

How an engagement runs

Audit. Embed. Build.

A real sequence, not a sales funnel. Each step stands on its own — you decide whether to take the next one.

[ 01 ]

Audit

Senior engineers review your codebase and infrastructure. You get a written report: what's solid, what's fragile, what's urgent — ranked and jargon-free.

[ 02 ]

Embed

The same engineers join your team — your Slack, your repo, your sprints — and fix the critical findings first.

Questions we hear a lot

The honest answers, up front.

Will you judge how we built it?

No — and this matters to us. Building a working product with AI tools is an achievement, not a confession. The patterns we find are the predictable output of the tools, not a reflection of your judgment. Every report is written in plain, respectful language you could forward to an investor without wincing.

Do we need to pause development while you work?

No. Audits are read-only — we review a copy of your code, so you keep shipping. During cleanups and embedded work we use the same branch-and-review workflow as any professional team, so our changes and yours land side by side.

What tools and stacks do you support?

Everything the mainstream AI building tools produce: React, Next.js, Node, Python, Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, Vercel, and the surrounding ecosystem — whether it came out of Cursor, Lovable, Replit, v0, Bolt, or hand-written code in between. Unusual stack? Tell us on the first call and we'll confirm fit before you commit.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer or agency?

Three ways. Seniority: experienced engineers who've run production systems, not whoever a marketplace matched you with. Structure: fixed prices and flat retainers — never open-ended hourly billing. Working model: our engineers embed in your team and tools rather than disappearing behind an account manager.

Do your engineers work inside our own tools — Slack, GitHub, Linear?

Yes, always. That's what "forward-deployed" means in practice: your Slack, your GitHub, your Linear or Jira, your standups. Everything we write and document lives in your systems, so the knowledge stays with you.

We haven't built anything yet — can you build it for us?

Yes. Our New Product Build is for exactly this: we scope the MVP with you in week one, you approve it in writing, and we build from the first commit with tests, security, and CI/CD in place from the start. You own the repo, the IP, and the documentation, and the same team can stay embedded to grow the product after launch — or hand it over cleanly if you'd rather hire in-house.

How does pricing work?

Everything is fixed-price or a flat monthly retainer — never open-ended hourly billing. Because the right price depends on the size and state of your codebase, we quote after a short scoping conversation, always in writing and always before any work begins. If you continue from an audit to a cleanup within 30 days, the audit fee is credited in full.

Can we start with an audit and scale up later?

That's the most common path. The audit stands alone — take the report and stop there if you like; the same engineers embed later only if and when you want them to.
